It's true, 
we do get lots of  Request, so there is no possible way to guarantee any time frame.
When you get put on our list it just reserves a spot in line for me to work on your Request.
Since there is no way to guarantee a time frame, i do not ask for any down payment. 
"Besides, he has not done any work yet  other than print a request out. ~ Glitch"
