In the world of Freeky Geeky, our most precious resource is our allotted in-house shop time. To ensure the V2 hits the Shipping table faster, we’ve moved the grueling, repetitive precision drilling and tapping to professional-grade manufacturing. By eliminating the manual labor bottlenecks that ate up our shop hours, we’ve cleared the way for a more efficient run. This ensures that every second of our shop time is spent on the perfection of your build, not the prep work.

BEYOND THE BLUEPRINTS
Most people are going to wonder exactly what these new "Internal Upgrades" are. We aren't ready to pull back the curtain on the engineering just yet—quite frankly, we don’t want to take a feature we designed and have it stolen before we've even released our version.
But I want to be incredibly clear: I cannot stress enough that when assembled, this kit will look no different than the 100% screen-accurate trap pictured on this page. The upgraded features are hidden beneath the surface, but they are features you won’t know how you ever lived without. We’ve taken everything we learned from V1 and pushed the architecture further than ever before.
THE RETIREMENT OF THE ECONOMY TIER
In the V1 run, we offered both Economy and Premium tiers. The Economy path only existed because RJ would personally hand-finish those base parts to reach the Premium standard. To move to the professional, large-scale production required for the V2, that manual middle step has to go.
For the V2 Evolution, we are ordering every single part 100% finished from the manufacturer. While we understand the loss of a budget tier may be a disappointment for some, the trade-off is a massive win for the build:
ELIMINATING THE BOTTLENECK: By removing the hundreds of hours of manual drilling and tapping from RJ’s bench, we have cleared the path for a much faster, more efficient run. There is no more "prep work" standing between the shop and your front door—we receive, we pack, and we ship.

We are including everything you need to complete that stage of the trap—from the CNC-machined parts to the exact screws, and even the specific screw bits required for assembly.

THE V2 PRODUCTION ROADMAP
The V2 isn't a "new" experiment; it is the perfected evolution of our current V1 Trap run. As I personally process each section for the V1 builders, I am taking exhaustive notes and making the final micro-adjustments that only a hands-on assembly can reveal. This "boots-on-the-ground" experience is exactly what allows me to be 100% sure the V2 plans are ready for mass production. THE V2 GUARANTEE: By the time we pull the trigger on a V2 CNC order, every kink has been smoothed out on my bench. This ensures a seamless transition where parts come into the shop, meet our standards, and ship out to you without delay.
Each V2 section triggers only after the corresponding V1 section run has closed, the real-world build notes are perfected, and manufacturing quotes are secured.

THE PREPAYMENT MODEL & PRICING TARGETS
This is a Pay-by-Section run. Your payment triggers the bulk order and secures your materials in the production queue.
THE V2 PRICING GOAL: Our original hand-finished Premium Kit landed at $1,963.16. For the V2—with all hardware and bits included—we estimate the total cost to land in the $2,000 to $2,300 range.
BREAKING UP THE COST: We understand that a work of art of this caliber is a major investment. By utilizing the Pay-by-Section model, we are breaking the total cost into smaller, manageable payments over time. This makes it easier to purchase a masterpiece without the burden of a single, large upfront payment.
THE POWER OF THE COLLECTIVE: The more builders we have on the sign-up list, the better our bulk manufacturing quotes become. By joining and sharing this run, you are directly helping the entire community keep costs as close to that $2,000 floor as possible.
HOW IT WORKS: You are only invoiced for the section currently being produced. When a window opens, the Crew will send an email with the part breakdown and a link to secure your kit.

This is likely our final run. As a creator, my most precious resource isn't just shop time—it’s the drive to innovate. I have a long list of other projects, new designs, and personal goals that have been waiting in the shadows while we perfected this run. To give those new visions the focus they deserve, the shop doors will eventually have to close on this specific project.
The V2 is our "Mic Drop" for the Trap. We are going all-out to make this the highest-quality experience possible, but once this production cycle concludes, we are moving the bench toward the next horizon.
