The Ecto-organizer
Every great workshop needs a home for its tools, and in our shop, that's the Ecto-Organizer. This isn't just a toolbox; it's a Ghostbusters-themed mechanical tool chest, a place where the gear and parts for every project have a home. It’s a testament to the idea that a builder's passion can influence even the most mundane of tools.
While it might look like it's built to keep the Ecto-1 running, its primary purpose is to be a home for all the tools I use for every project. It's where the wrenches, the miscellaneous tools, the screwdrivers, and the sockets are kept in perfect order, ready for a job. It's a place where every tool has a home, and every tool is ready for its job, a place of organized chaos in the midst of our glorious mess.
The Ecto-Organizer is a monument to the practical and the nerdy, a place where a builder's passion for a fandom finds a home in the tools they use every day. It's a quiet testament to the fact that even in a chaotic workshop, there’s a place for everything, and every tool, no matter how small, has a home.

When I first saw this toolbox, it was a boring grey and white. But all I saw was Ghostbusters, so I knew I had to go with white and red. The bottom part sold before I could get to it, but I snagged the top for like $90.00, which was a great buy. The bottom toolbox was a gift from my mother, so it only made sense to build a wood frame around it to bring it all together. I had such grand plans for this design, but some projects just fizzle out.

Three years later, no update. The silence on this project is deafening, and the hope for its future is looking bleak.
